As UDGD Association, we were the guests of Dr. Esther Ademmer at the German 🇩🇪 Employment Agency in Mainz (Bundesagentur für Arbeit in Mainz). We had the opportunity to listen to Dr. Ademmer’s presentation about the structure of the Employment Agency, their work with different cultures, and their efforts to address the labor shortage and find solutions. We learned that demographic transformation is being felt in all areas and its impact on the economy is significant. Chambers of Commerce and employers are exerting pressure on decision-makers in this regard. In fact, in this context, the Ministry of Labor is holding talks to address labor shortages in Brazil.
